    Delete Desktop Manager and reinstall it. That normally works.

    you could also try this as well go to the blackberry website and download the drivers https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...93E4F3BB068C22 they are near the top of the drop down menu

    I had DM 4.3 and 4.5 on my CPU. Not sure how I managed that but oh well. I am delete both to install 1.
