Hello, I recently upgraded to 4.5.1.138 and when I go to Options >> Email Reconciliation it lists Message Services: myworkemail.com but NO OTHER OPTIONS BELOW it??
If I change this "Message Services" entry to my vzw.blackberry.net address it gives me the regular "delete on, Wireless Reconcile, On Conflicts" options. (My work email is polled with the BIS)
This is the same email address and setup I have used for years and the first time this has ever happenned.
The VZW data support folks were perplexed as well..... any ideas?
