Hey guys,


Before I upgraded came stock with 4.2.2.176 I would periodically loose my data service and I would notice in the top right hand corner it would go from 1XEV to 1x.........now after the upgrade I just lost data service again except instead it went from 1XEV to 1xev....

I thought this upgrade was supposed to fix that

There is a BB data outage until 2am PST. No data for any carrier. That is your issue!

Hmm.......apparently your right because I just plugged in the phone to my comp and ran desktop manager and unplugged it again and I was back to 1XEV and my data still doesn't work

How does one find out about these things? is this everynight? or is tonight something special

It happens on occaision. Maybe once a month or so for a few hours. Usually always late like this.

Data outages are usually announced on CB in advanced unless it is a unexpcted one. There is a thread regarding this.
