convert 8830 from cdma to gsm?

please tell me how can i convert my 8830 we from cdma to gsm in india.....i beg to alllll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to Manage Connections>Mobile Network Options. Your Network Selection should be set to Automatic, and your Network Mode should be set to Global. You can do the following to override this:

1. Click on the Network Mode, and select GSM.
2. Then click on Network Selection Mode, and select Manual.

The phone will then search for available networks in your area. This all assumes you have a SIM card in your phone that is global, or that you have unlocked your phone.
