    You have to subscribe to RingBACK tones and purchase the specific ringBACK tone(s) that you want from the Verizon website.

    That is corret, it is provider based, not device based. You can log in to your account on verizonwireless.com and add it to your account, and edit the settings so only certain callers will hear it.
