I was wondering if this O/S or me. I D/L 4.5 and finely got the ringtones installed. And set some alerts for the different email accounts I have and the apps. But when I try to change say my one email acct. it will not allowed me to change it. when you click the track ball nothing happens. So I try the others and I can change then. Just three of the apps and email acct. you can�t change. any idea how I can fix these. Did the battery pull?

Since you've applied the ringer file to the phone, you need to go into Backup/Restore and Advanced and restore JUST the Profiles database from the backup that took place when you upgraded the OS to 4.5. Then you should be able to go in and change whatever you want after a reboot.
