New BB user here, my 8830 has a icon for Cellebrite Phonebook Client but I cannot find any information about it. When selected it says "waiting for USB" even when attached to my laptop.

So, I had the same question and read the document provided - thanks, but still confused...why is it on my Blackberry menu screen still if it is not for me to use, only for the people that sold me the handset and set it up? Can I erase it now? if so, how?
