    Hi, I have a Blackberry 8830 WE on Verizon Wireless. Whenever someone makes a call to my phone, the hour glass shows up... The phone locks up and I can't do anything to accept the call. Meanwhile, the person on the other line goes straight to my voicemail.

    I've checked the profiles settings to see if the "Do Not Disturb" function was turned on and it's not.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    What apps are installed as well as which OS are you running? If it were ME, I'd probably consider wiping and reinstall the OS.

    I have quite a few apps installed and I'm not exactly sure what the OS is. How can I tell?

    Also, how do I go about wiping and reinstalling the OS?
