I had an issue with the charging port on my 8830 so Verizon sent me a new phone. I have set it all up but would prefer to keep my old bb email address. How do you do this? If I go to add an email address. It doesn't find it. If I go into create a bb addy and type in my old one it says it is taken.

Anyone know how?

When you log into the e-mail setup site, you log in with the same username and password you had set up for the first device. There is a menu option to "Change Device". Pretty much, all you need to do is enter your new PIN number and all of the e-mail accounts you had set up for your first device will now be sent to the new one.
