I have a 8830 and a message icon with a smiling face appeared and the BB says I have a message. I can not locate the message and I have been everywhere looking for the message with no luck. I am told that the icon on my BB is a Yahoo icon but I do not use Yahoo. Can anyone assist me in removing the icon from the my screen. Bell mobility tech support refused to help saying that it was not a technical problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I found the problem, thanks for checking the post. I was receiving a BB messenger conversation and I never used it before.
