Okay so I search the Forums and could not find anything related to the 8830 WE and Call Waiting. Now I know if I am on a call and get a second call I can answer it. But the only way I know to return to the first call is:

End the second call and hope the first call did not die.

I am looking for guidance here on how to change between the two calls.

Not 100% sure but try hitting your menu button during the call and see what options you have. Good luck

Call waiting feel soft is what you need to solve your problem

I thought you just hit the green call button again to switch back to the other call.... Is that not right?

Nope. Hitting the green send button does nothing. I just tried again. Even going into the menu and selecting Flash doesn't work.
