BB8830 will only sync past date/archived nothing current or future. I went to adanced settings and checked sync all dates. But still not luck.. Can any ony help me out. Outlook is 2007 version, sync with cable to BB.

Don't search for "doc id: KB13420." What he means is the the document ID is KB13420. Here is a link to KB13420.
