    Have you added any emails using Blackberry Internet Service (BIS)?

    If so, there were probably cical service books associated with those email addresses added to your service book library. Delete the cical (calendar) service books associated with those new BIS email addresses. Pull the battery and let the unit reboot.

    This should fix it. Same thing happened to me a few months back.
