Hi All!

my bluetooth works fine when i need to send files to other hardware such as cell phones or my laptop, but when i need to recive files from my laptop or other cell phones it doesnt work, i belive on my laptop it says that blackberry is not responding!??

hope someone has some answers!

I am having the same issues, only my laptop says that the files aren't supported. I'm just trying to send a JPG picture. Any advice?

I figured it out !
Open the media app on your BlackBerry then hit the , left click ?? button , which will bring up the option screen . From there pic, receive using bluetooth . Then simply send it from your computer . The black berry will then ask you to confirm the dl .

I incorrectly named the left click button , it is actually the Menu Key , sorry .
