I went to synch my Blackberry to my desktop the other day and when it did - it wiped out all of my phone numbers. It left all of the Contact names but deleted all of the phone numbers.
Has anyone else had this problem? Also, does anyone know if Outlook Contacts back themselves up ever and where I could access that? Thanks!
Outlook Contacts are not backed up unless you are on a BES (you'd know if you were) or if you backed them up yourself. I've NEVER heard of this problem before. Can you tell us more about your configuration? What version of Outlook? Windows? Desktop Manager?
