 Blackberry Browser Error
When I click on the BlackBerry Browser icon, my Google home page loads without problems. However, when I try to go to any number of websites (e.g., CNBC, ESPN, Facebook, New York Times, etc.), I receive the following message: "A problem occurred while trying to render the page." I have never received the message before.
I have tried the following:
1. Battery pull
2. Clear browser cache
3. Re-register device through host routing table
4. Reset default browser settings
I am using App Version: 4.5.0.186 on Sprint.
No progress!! Any assistance on how to fix this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
