I'm trying to download BBSmart Email program... put I get a message that the item cannot be seen... because device does not support zip files.

Any ideas on how to get it unzipped? or how to get this program to work? I was trying to download directly onto the BB from internet

You probably have to download the file to your computer unzip it, then run the desktop manager and locate the alx file.
