I have cleaned my memory, shut down every application when I'm done with it, and tried a couple other tricks but my blackberry is running slower and slower. It wasn't like this a couple months ago when I bought the phone.
I have added 2 applications but they aren't large in size.

Any ideas of how to speed the darn thing up?? I always get that hourglass symbol when I'm doing things, even when reading or typing an email? then I am stuck until it's ready to start working again. My laptop is already slow as h@ll, now my phone, geez!

Delete those two applications and see if it fixes the problem. Add one app, then the other. Process of elimination

How much free memory do you have after a battery pull?

Which OS is on your BB?

Are you using an 8330, or an 8830?

I will try those suggestions asap. I'm have an 8830 and not on the BES server if that's what you mean by OS. Sorry need to get familiar with the lingo.
    thanks for the speedy replies!!
