Forgive me if this has been answered before. I am new to all this, having just migrated from a Treo 700 W. The learning curve is more than I expected and I have a Ph.D.! In any event, I am trying to add new contacts to my BB Messenger and I have repeatedly attempted by email and my PIN #s, but no success. They continue to remain in the "Pending" folder. Thanks for any assistance any of you can offer and especially to Nivi Williams who so clearly and expertly answers many of the queries on the fora.

Not exactly a technical fix doc, but tell the other parties to request you as well, even though you requested them first. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesnt.
