Battery not charging

Hi there -- my battery's not charging. But the little plug icon stays consistently on. I've used a couple of different chargers and had similar issues. Is this a battery issue, or a phone issue?

The only way to be sure is to try a different battery, or to try charging your battery in a different 8830. Unless the battery is new, the problem is most likely with the battery.

im having the same problem
im using an 8310 and the battery seems to be working fine on an 8100.
i am unable to figure out the problem.
