Backup Problems

I am having a backup problem with my 8830WE. Backup was working fine. Now when I try to do a backup I get a communication error. It occurs when it is receivin profiles. The error message states "The data was not recognized by the device."

Since my last successful backup I have loaded the BeBold Theme, CNN Money icon link, and the WSJ reader posted on CB yesterday. Could any of these be the problem. Any suggestions what might be causing this or how to resolve the issue. Thanks!!!

I figured out what the problem why I could not get a good backup. I had created a new profile. I deleted the new profile and my backup worked.

What I don't understand is you can create a profile in your BB. Why wouldn't the backup allow it to happen. Any thoughts?
