    I tried to run Nav4all, and it will not find a GPS source. Does it not work on the 8830 or is there a way to fix it?

    You are on Verizon. VZW locks the GPS, so Nav4All won't see it.

    It will work if you use an external GPS Puck. I had it working fine on an 8830 before I got my Storm.

    for the price of Nav4all (great gps app & Free), I bought a gps puck keychain 2000. I love it and the cost isnt bad.. search ebay or buy it from crackberry.
