By default it behaves like a regular phone with call waiting. You click on send when you get the other call and it'll hold the first and pickup the second. Then you hit send again and it goes to the first... and back and forth as many times as you want. Technically speaking if you're done with the first person and you pickup the second and the first person hangs up after that... well, it's the same as Answer-Drop Current.
