In all applications when I press Alt + N for the comma "," symbol, it types the number "9" instead. This is the only key combination that is wonky. Interestingly, if I put it into Num Lock by Alt + Shift then hitting N DOES type the comma - very strange. Any suggestions. I'm a little scared to reload the OS, but I could always upgrade to the latest release from Bell and see. Do you folks think that may fix it?

Try a soft reset. Alt + Shift + Del.

I think that worked (or at least helped). Now, when I hit the Alt button, the Alt arrow stays on until I hit the next key and the comma works. Before, the Alt key had to be held down to do anything. If I hold down the Alt key and hit N, it still produces 9 but I don't like having to hold the key down as that makes it hard on a small keyboard. So overall, it looks like that fixed it. Thanks for your help.
