I'd like to change my address book field names. For Example, instead of "Work 2" I'd like it to say "BlackBerry". That way I know for sure which phone I'm calling. I'm not sure if this is an outlook function or a BB thing? Any ideas?

I looked around for this feature but did not find it. Perhaps this is one of the things we give up to support OTA sync (if you have BES). I did find the option to sort by last name, though. I have been looking for that.

I don't think it's possible to rename the fields. For the specific example you gave, I would put the BB number in the Mobile field.
