"Activation Required" on top of 8830 Blackberry since when i upgrate it to 4.5

i m from India i bought this blackberry 8830 WE phone yesterday and today i upgraded to 4.5 but since after that its showing me a message on the top of the screen "Activation Required"
can sumone please help me ... i m totally new to bb

Try this:

Dial # # 000000 (Send). In the Menu add your phone number and select save. The device will reboot and activate.

yes i have already tried that and it says invalid password (
