So i have inserted a 2Gb San Disk - and if I use windows exporer i have no problem adding MP3's - but using Desktop manger it appears not the see the card? any ideas?

Also what video formats can i use as I cannot get wmv's to play......

Dunno about your first question, but as for your 2nd question regarding the WMV's, this has been answered in the forums, just search around.

When you connect the device to Desktop Manager, you will be prompted on the device, "Do you want to enable mass storage mode?". You have to say yes, if not Desktop Manager will not see the BlackBerry...

Also, check you settings on the device, options / media card...
