As above, this is not synching all the time with my calendar at work, on the BES.
My IT is not a lot of help, any pointers appreciated!

A little more detail may help get you an answer: do you mean your 8830 has never sync'd, it used to sync but no longer does, or it syncs intermittently? What about the rest of your applications? Are they still sync'ing normally?
I have seen that situation reported in early threads. Do a forum search for Calendar Sync Outlook. I think the consensus explanation is corrupted calendar entries. Do the entries that won't sync have anything in common?
Are you on the latest OS. There was an OS version early on from Verizon that had a Calendar Sync issue, but can't remember what specifically it was. Could be that.
