 8830 WE doesn't latches to BIS. Help needed
i got this old Verizon Wireless 8830 WE, and it's unlocked...
i am now in india on VodaFoneIn and for some reasons 8830 WE doesn't latches to BIS.
no capital gprs on 8830 WE.
Amazing is it latches on my friends VodaFoneIN, but not on mine.
i even own a 9700 + BIS on VodafoneIN working perfectly.
but, i can't take camera phones to my work,
i want my 8830 WE to work.
can some one help me.

on options>>advance options >>sim >>MEPD>>network is inactive.
options>>status>>buyr>>it policies disabled.
