8830 WD for Sprint. incorrect password

I changed the password on my 8830. The next time I tried to synk it to my laptop to add music it asked for the password. When I type it in it said it was incorrect. I disconnected it and now neither the old password or the new password will work. It now says type blackberry to continue and I'm on my last try.

You are pretty much out of luck unless you can figure out the correct PW on your own. Not even Sprint can retrieve it for you.

Worse thing that can happen is the phone will wipe and you have to start over again.

Hopefully you backed up recently.
