This is the worse operating phone blackberry that I have had. The phone cuts in and out when walking whether you are on a wired headset or bluetooth. The first time I complained to Verizon, they had me update the software which locked the device and ended up with a new one. I have talked to others at trade shows and the first question someone asks when they see the phone is if I am having problems. Thinking of going to a different unit. Anyone know of any planned fixes?
