    Go to Options > Screen/Keyboard > Scroll down to Right/Left side convenience keys and change them to what you would like.

    I'd always recommend using app switcher on the side key.

    I use address book on my left and calender on my right. Really depends what you use most frequently.

    I just use alt back for app switch or bring it up in the menu
