First, with the phone on, remove the battery, leave it out a few seconds, then put it back. That will reboot the phone and may solve the problem. If it doesn't, resend your service books. You can do that from the Verizon BIS site, https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw. Click Help to bring up the menu that includes re-sending the service books.
