^^^ No, the phones have PIN, IMEI, and ESN. I've never seen a carrier BIS config page that didn't ask for PIN and IMEI. Maybe this small difference there could be causing Sprint's BIS connectivity to be flaky for some reason. I can't tell you why, but I know someone when I have clients that change phones they will sometimes (not all the time) have issues with BIS connectivity to accounts for email until they go in and manually specify the IMEI on the config page again. Then all is well. BIS automatically prompts for the new phone config change when it detects the PIN change issued by the carrier in question, but it doesn't prompt for IMEI as well. Like I said, sometimes this is sufficient, but I've ran into situations where everything else has been tried and once I fill in the IMEI and Save again everything starts to work perfectly. Weird, I know. At one time the carrier was actually able to verify for me that the new PIN was on the account in qustion, but the old IMEI was still listed for some reason even though it shouldn't have been. This is why I suggested to do this.
