I appreciate all of the tips you all provide. I am having a serious issue with my new phone. None of the ringtones I've downloaded work. They will only vibrate. No sound!!! They will work if I just play them, but not when set as ringtone. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Which Profile is set as 'Active'?

Make sure the Profile that you're using has the 'phone' set to Tune and not Vibrate.

And make sure that your ringtone is less than 512kb, and less than 30 seconds long.
