4.5.x OS download

I dont think i'm supposed to be asking this on the board, but where can I download the new 4.5 beta OS? Will it work for Verizon 8830? If you cant tell me where, can you nudge me in the proper direction?

There is a sticky somewhere with the official 4.5.0.56 from MTS mobility. Its in the 4.5 sub forum I believe.

Guys, any ideas on any time range for RIM's official 4.5 OS release to public, NOT corporate users?

Several telecoms have released 4.5 for their users, RIM will never release it per say.
