    Am I able to install v 4.3 os on my bb 8830? I've read online that some people have got that their new blackberry shipped to them with v 4.3 preinstalled but i cant find it anywhere online.

    the latest official OS's for the 8830 are in the 4.2 realm - not 4.3, that's another model's OS. Our relevant beta OS's are 4.5.0.77 or 4.5.0.101.
