I just swapped oit my 8830WE through verizon, got everything pretty much restored, and now I have 2 browser icons. Too bad they don"t open up e different browsers.. Fot now I just hid one of them. Any ideas on how to get rid of the extra icon? I did a battery pull,but no help. TIA

Check to see if there are two BB Internet Browsing security books. If so, delete one of them, then send the Service Books to see if it returns. If it does, you might call VZN and see what they can do about it.
