 unlocked and won't call
I purchased a 8800 from the internet and have gotten it unlocked. It is an Att phone and I have Centennial. Before it was unlocked the password was entered the limit to wipe the phone of info. I have text messaging and can use the browser. If I try to call out it says "Only emegency calls allowed". If I call in it goes right to voice mail. Does anyone know if this can be fixed?
