Strange behaviour in my BlackBerry8820

Hi to everyone. Strange things occur in my BlackBerry. First the battery began to discharge for one day, secondly trackball ceases to work as times, thirdly backlight can light up at any time and finally trackball can enter on application without press. Could anyone help me to solve this problem. thanks

How new is your BlackBerry? Sounds like the trackball issues should be able to get you a new unit. The battery and the backlight, they'll say, are software-related, but the hardware issue should qualify you for a replacement.

I bought refurbished, maybe that's why. Thank you for answer.

I have bought new battery but the problem still exists. My phone independently opens folders and sometimes activate backlight. Maybe it is virus ? thank you
