 status check reported wrong
When I call up a status check using my voice the promt says the battery is empty, there is no signal and such. I have tried hard and soft resets (battery pull too) but nothing changes. What's the problem?? I have a full battery and full signal stength. How do I fix this? Thank you for your help.
