I have BB 8820.

Good phone but pathetic service. You go to there service centre in Delhi for any kind of issue. They have only one answer. It will take TEN (10) days.

I mean, a service centre doesnt even have a trackball in stock.

How could sm1 leave his device at the service centre for TEN days just to change a trackball?

Well you could order a trackball to your location and follow one of the many guides on this site to replacing it!

Also, try rubbing your phones trackball on a white piece of paper for 1-2 minutes. It should help a bit.
