Default OS Update Problem

hi, i have a BB8800 issued from my company that we don't use anymore, so now i keep it for personal use. since it was from my company, there are some security softwares that seem to be interfering with my updating the OS on my BB. i was just wondering if anyone would have any ideas as to how i can remove these softwares cause they are either a) not allowing updates or b) taking up too much space

thanks!

Default

wipe it from security options and reload the OS with 4.5
