Need Help on my Blackberry 8820 world edition

I picked up a 8820 world edition and facing quite a few issues.

1. Unable to disable the device password.
2. Do not have an option to Send or Receive data via bluetooth
3. Mass storage Mode Support is OFF.

For issues 1 & 3, I see a small "lock" red icon, which when clicked on, does not give me the change option.

This is a T-Mobile Blackberry handset,which I'm using in India.

Anyone can help me! This is driving me crazy.....
