Keyboard broken, Can't transfer photos from internal memory to PC computer

My keyboard, trackball and all buttons are non-functioning.
Photos are currently in internal memory, not the SD card.
The 8830 bb is currently NOT in Mass Storage Mode.

When I plug in my phone via USB to pc it does not show up as a drive to select w/ roxio(my first time using roxio) and when i try bb desktop software, nothing shows up and it says I have to be in Mass Storage mode.

Normally, I wouldn't care, but these are pics of our first born child in her first hours on earth.

Again, all keys on phone are none functioning, but the phone acknowledges when I plug it into the computer.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

When the Desktop Manager asks you to turn on Mass Storage mode say yes. If it won't turn on then you are SOL. There's no way of getting them off unless you use the desktop software.

The desktop manager software on my PC does not ask or give me the opportunity to say "yes" to turning on Mass Storage.
