Help please--can't see emails from buddies on Bberry

Hi, I have a Bberry 8800 through my work. In Outlook, I have set up a number of email rules, including one to automatically move all of my emails from people on my buddy list to my "Buddies" folder.

However, on my Bberry, the emails from my buddies never appear. The don't show up in my Inbox, they don't show up in my "Buddies" folder, they don't show up when I search.

What is really weird is that I have other rules to automatically move certain emails to the Trash. These emails show up in my Inbox on my Bberry.

Has anyone else had this problem? Do you know what I can do to see the emails from my buddies on my Bberry? Thank you very much.
