Help needed . . just got 8800!!

Hi,

I got given a blackberry 8800 from a relative last week,as it was their old buisness phone but they now have newer one! I have never had a blackberry before, and have come across a couple of problems, so any help or advice would be much appreciated

Firstly, the email account is syncted to my relatives, how can I change it to sync with mine instead?

Secondly, the internet does not work, and whenever I try to go on it, a message says' "There is insufficient network coverage to process your request. Please try again later".
