Default .doc reader

I have OS 4.5.0.182 Platform 2.7.0.106. Have read several places that this should come with Documents to go in order to read .doc files. Mine does not seem to have it anywhere at all. Should it be on my 8820? If not what is a good program that will elt me read the widest variety of formats? Thanks for any help with this.

Should be on your BB. Reload using the desktop manager, applications installer, ans check Documents to Go. Then just sync and your done.
Good luck.
PS: You still need to email the documents you want to view to open them and store on the phone.

Hve the docs on my media card. I will try that and get back to you. This one, that I got of ebay almost 2 years ago, has been strange from the sart. took me several months to upgrade and it only worked because I got a new computer so everything was a clean install.. so I take you are saying reload the OS and make sure that Doc to go is selected, correct?
