Default Deleting data from my Blackberry

I've been forced to give up my Blackberry for an iPhone because I changed companies and they only support iPhones. I would like to turn in my Blackberry for recycling, but I still have my contacts, calendar, and emails on it. Anyone know how I can delete all this personal data easily?
Thanks

Options>Security options>General settings, then hit your bb button(menu), scroll to WIPE HANDSET and click.. This will reset the device to factory condition, and removes all personal info and 3rd party apps etc. Hope this does the trick. You should mention to your company that nobody has ever hacked a BB, but Iphones are becoming popular targets.
