"Company Network" permission not visible in Application Permissions

Hi,

I've two devices of 8800 one configured with BES and other with BIS.

BES device - For any installed application "Company Network" permissions is visible in Application Permission list (Options > Advance Options > Applications > Edit Permission)

BIS Device - For any installed application "Company Network" permissions is never visible in Application Permission list (Options > Advance Options > Applications > Edit Permission)

Does any one knows the reason why it is not assigned to BIS device?

Because the BES provides the functionality. As the device is not attached to the BES, it has all the rights in the world and will be set to allow. If you want to control it, then add it to the BES.
